4. High production efficiency: Stamping processing has extremely high production efficiency. Generally, ordinary presses can produce several to dozens of pieces per minute.Using a high-speed punch, it can reach hundreds of pieces per minute, which is beyond the reach of other mechanical processing methods.



5. Mass production: The structure complexity and precision requirements of stamping dies are usually high, so the design and manufacturing cycle of the dies is usually long, so The cost is also high, and the economy of the stamping production method can be fully reflected under the conditions of mass production.
